Switzerland of America (May 11, 1918)

In 1918, when Major Duncan Harrison was the proprietor of Niboban, the tag line for the property was "The Switzerland of America". For a brief period of time, Major Harrison named the property Ethelwald. The below image shows an original letter written by Major Harrison to a Mr. John Russell about installing a lavatory and toilet in one of the camps.
